Data PM

As a Data PM at the company, you will own and manage the end-to-end delivery of the enterprise data program, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Your key responsibilities include:

• Program Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and stakeholder matrices.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior business stakeholders, data owners, compliance teams, and technology leads to align expectations and manage priorities, facilitating steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
• Financial & Vendor Management: Track program financials including forecasts, actuals, and variances while managing vendor contracts and coordinating delivery from external system integrators or data platform providers.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure alignment with data privacy laws, internal audit policies, and information security guidelines while facilitating documentation and traceability across the data lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake, ADF, Databricks, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with data governance, data cataloging (e.g., Collibra, Purview), and master data management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery models.
• Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, and PowerPoint for reporting.
