Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise data projects. Develop requirements, project plans, and roadmaps while managing resource allocation and vendor deliverables.
- Stakeholder & Team Management: Act as the primary liaison among business units, technology teams, and vendors. Facilitate updates and tackle escalated issues.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee data solutions on Databricks and real-time data streaming via Confluent Kafka, ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.
Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Have:
- 7+ years in Project Management within banking or financial services.
- Experience leading data projects with Databricks and Confluent Kafka.
- Understanding of data architecture and streaming technologies.
- Management of cross-functional teams.
- Strong in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Technical Exposure:
- Databricks (Delta Lake, MLflow, Spark), Confluent Kafka, Azure or AWS, CI/CD tools, Oracle ERP, and PowerBI.

Preferred:
- Certifications like PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
- Knowledge of BCBS 239, GDPR, and data governance principles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field.
KPIs:
- Deliver projects on time and budget.
- Maintain uptime and SLAs for data pipelines.
- Achieve user satisfaction and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory milestones.
