This role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of the enterprise data program within a dynamic, hybrid work environment in Dubai. The position requires a strong focus on program management, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management:

    • Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of the enterprise data program, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and stakeholder matrices.
    • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving data engineering, architecture, analytics, governance, and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    • Engage with senior business stakeholders, data owners, compliance teams, and technology leads to align expectations and manage priorities.
    • Facilitate steering committee meetings, progress updates, and executive reporting.
  • Financial & Vendor Management:

    • Track program financials including forecasts, actuals, and variance.
    • Manage vendor contracts and coordinate delivery from external system integrators or data platform providers.
  • Compliance & Governance:

    • Ensure alignment with data privacy laws, internal audit policies, and information security guidelines.
    • Facilitate documentation and traceability across the data lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Lake, ADF, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data governance, data cataloging (e.g., Collibra, Purview), and master data management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery models.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, and PowerPoint for reporting.
