Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans and roadmaps for enterprise data and MI automation projects. Manage vendor deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Stakeholder & Team Management: Act as the primary liaison among business units, technology teams, and vendors, facilitating regular updates and steering committee meetings.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the delivery of solutions on Databricks and manage real-time data streaming pipelines via Confluent Kafka while ensuring compliance with data governance frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Have:
- 7+ years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
- Proven experience in leading data and MI automation projects, especially with Databricks and Confluent Kafka.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and streaming technologies.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Technical Exposure:
- Databricks (Delta Lake, MLflow, Spark), Confluent Kafka (Kafka Connect, kSQL), Azure or AWS platforms (preferably Azure), integration tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Oracle ERP implementation.
- PowerBI experience is also beneficial.

Preferred:
- PMP / Prince2 / Scrum Master certification.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like BCBS 239, GDPR, CBUAE regulations.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and a relevant degree in Computer Science or related fields.
