Contract Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide end-to-end support on all data privacy and protection projects, staying updated on global data protection compliance regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead client communications and provide regular status updates while ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports.
  • Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders.
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships, actively contributing to operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.
  • Support and implement a range of data privacy and protection services, including:
    • Data protection gaps and maturity assessment
    • Data mapping and classification
    • Data protection impact assessments (DPIA)
    • Maintenance of records of processing activities (RoPA)
    • Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)
    • Development of data privacy target operating models, policies, and procedures
    • Data retention, backup, and archival
    • Data protection technologies like masking, encryption, pseudonymization, or tokenization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing Data Protection technologies
  • Experience in privacy and security risk assessments
  • Familiarity with data protection laws and regulations (International & GCC) and industry standards
  • Understanding of core Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk & Compliance
  • Ability to tailor privacy solutions to client organizations and their business processes
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders on data protection and privacy matters
  • Technical architecture experience in integrating data protection software into clients' infrastructure
