As a Data Privacy Manager at the company, your primary role will be to anticipate and identify data privacy risks and to initiate corrective actions to safeguard the interests of the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement processes to detect, investigate, assess risks, and document data protection incidents and breaches.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for reporting data privacy breaches.
  • Conduct and assist in investigations for suspected or actual privacy breaches.
  • Collaborate with internal clients and colleagues across the company jurisdictions to ensure privacy compliance and risk management, particularly through Data Privacy Impact Assessments for new initiatives involving personal data.
  • Assist in rolling out Data Privacy solutions across the Group.
  • Create comprehensive periodic reports on pending, ongoing, and new projects, matters, and risks within the Data Privacy Office team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Solid working knowledge of data privacy concepts, principles, and standards.
  • Proven experience advising on complex and technical compliance regulations.
  • Experience maintaining key documents such as plans, strategies, risk registers, and briefings.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
