Data Privacy

As part of the Data Protection & Privacy team, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of a privacy governance framework to ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Your duties will include:

• Creating and maintaining privacy-related notices, policies, standards, guidelines, and processes.
• Developing, documenting, and assessing appropriate metrics and KPIs for the Data Protection & Privacy program.
• Providing advice and guidance regarding data protection and privacy.
• Offering deep technical privacy analysis and feedback to stakeholders.
• Managing processes and internal controls related to privacy frameworks.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
• Liaising with business stakeholders for various activities such as Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), and Data Subject Requests (DSR).
• Leading the team to deliver project milestones as per the project plan.
• Creating presentations and reports according to customer requirements.
• Conducting stand-up meetings and status meetings with both customers and internal teams.
• Assisting in the development and administration of privacy training and awareness campaigns for different groups within the organization.
