The Data Program Manager will be responsible for the overall delivery of the Data Lakehouse program, including the establishment of a governance framework, driving decision-making, oversight of remediation processes, and management of delivery phases. The key responsibilities include:

Program Leadership & Governance:
- Own the overall delivery of the Data Lakehouse program.
- Establish and manage program governance frameworks and reporting cadence.
- Ensure alignment with banking strategy, architecture, and regulatory requirements.

Phase 1 Remediation Oversight:
- Lead assessment of deliverables and drive root cause analysis of defects.
- Track remediation progress.

Delivery Management:
- Oversee execution across source system onboarding, data model completion, historical data migration, and reporting support.

Data Quality & Reconciliation Assurance:
- Ensure ≥99% data reconciliation accuracy and conduct data validation checks.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and multiple vendors.
- Coordinate with reporting vendors and governance teams to ensure alignment.

Planning & Execution:
- Develop and manage program plans and detailed execution roadmaps.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and risks.

Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify and manage technical and integration risks.

Reporting Repointing Enablement:
- Ensure readiness for data availability and model clarity.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to architectural and security policies.

Team & Resource Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage productivity.
Key Technical & Domain Skills:
- Strong understanding of Data Lakehouse architecture and data warehousing.
- Experience with ETL/ELT platforms and Big Data ecosystems.
- Domain expertise in Banking & Financial Services is mandatory.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
