Data Program Manager

About the Job: We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to drive data strategy, governance, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end data solutions, ensuring data privacy, security, and business impact.

• Define and implement Data Strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead Data Governance and ensure data quality, compliance, and privacy
• Design and manage Azure Data Solutions architecture
• Oversee Data Engineering processes for scalable and reliable data pipelines
• Ensure data privacy and security as per regulatory standards
• Drive Business Intelligence and reporting initiatives
• Enable Advanced Analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure effective Change Management
• Lead Strategic Planning and execution of key data initiatives
