Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Lead the complete lifecycle of data platform delivery, managing transitions from design sprints into complex engineering and implementation phases.
- Stakeholder & Domain Alignment: Partner with business heads and executive data leadership to unpack strategic vision and drive use-case prioritization.
- Cross-Functional Squad Leadership: Coordinate a hybrid delivery model, ensuring alignment between onsite consulting leadership and offshore engineering pods.
- Scope & Roadmapping Strategy: Define MVP boundaries, manage dependencies, and create implementation roadmaps that translate architectural design into business value.
- Program Scaling & Expansion: Establish governance frameworks needed to replicate and scale data platform capabilities across the enterprise.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Financial Services Domain Mastery: Strong project management experience within Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, or Markets ecosystems, familiar with data sovereignty and financial regulations.
- Technical Data Acumen: Proven success in delivering large-scale data programs, particularly in Cloud Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Products (Azure, Databricks, or Cloudera).
- Enterprise-Scale Governance: Knowledge of data governance principles and master data management (MDM) frameworks.
- Strategic Longevity: Experience managing multi-phase, long-term programs, maintaining velocity and stakeholder trust throughout.
