Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive QA strategy for Generative AI products.
- Oversee functional and non-functional testing strategies.
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and AI specialists for aligned testing requirements.
- Ensure successful user acceptance testing activities.
- Lead the implementation of test automation strategies for continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor a team of testers and validate synthetic data generation for accurate AI testing.
- Monitor test execution, analyze results, and provide insights for AI model improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain data security practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, particularly in automation testing and AI-driven systems.
- Proficient in functional and non-functional testing, with strong knowledge of automation frameworks and performance/security testing tools.
- Leadership and strategic planning skills, capable of managing testing teams.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as NDMO and PDPL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
