About the Role
the company is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to collect, analyze, and visualize data to support business decision-making. The role involves developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and web-based analytics solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, ensuring data quality while providing actionable insights and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and visualize data to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop and maintain web-based analytics solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Ensure data quality.
• Provide actionable insights and performance monitoring.
• Apply Power BI capabilities including Data Modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Perform SQL and database querying.
• Apply data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Develop and maintain data models.
• Work with web reporting technologies, including Fabric Apps.
• Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web-based reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience and knowledge of Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Knowledge of data modeling.
• Experience with web reporting technologies (Fabric Apps).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web-based reporting.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Strong ability to support business decision-making through data analysis, reporting, visualization, and performance monitoring.
