As a Data Reporting Architect II, you will be critical in designing and delivering high-quality dashboards that drive business impact. This position involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders and the data team to build dashboards (primarily in Tableau, with some exposure to Looker) and guide teams on best practices in reporting, storytelling, and visualization. You will ensure reporting quality and deliver actionable insights to enable better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights.
- Lead end-to-end dashboard creation for specific business requests, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Identify and implement improvements in reporting efficiency and optimization.
- Monitor Tableau Server usage and ensure smooth performance.
- Respond to daily user inquiries and manage user access requests.
- Support dashboard owners with Tableau-related queries.
- Provide guidance on dashboard best practices and standards.
Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in reporting, data visualization, and storytelling.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Tableau.
- Proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced); experience with Looker is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in reporting, data visualization, or BI roles.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering impactful dashboards.
