What You'll Do:
- Develop data-driven strategies to increase the company's user base and subscribers.
- Identify user growth opportunities in the SAMEA region and utilize experimentation for growth.
- Create and communicate impactful recommendations to enhance product offerings and optimize user messaging.
- Build scalable data pipelines and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Collaborate with business partners to discover growth opportunities.
- Design and implement comprehensive tests, ensuring tracking of relevant metrics.
- Present findings to senior collaborators to influence business direction.
Who You Are:
- A Data Scientist/Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data insights using tools such as Python/R and SQL.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud data platforms (BigQuery or GCP) is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools (LLMs and coding assistants) is advantageous.
- Intellectually curious and creative, with a keen interest in business and data.
- Experienced in collaborating with partners to measure the impact of initiatives and present findings coherently.
- Background in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed team, with occasional international travel.
- Relevant experience in a consumer tech or product company is a bonus.
