Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver actionable insights and predictive models that inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data science models are robust, explainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Collaborate across teams to embed models into production environments.
- Uphold ethical use of data, ensuring compliance with governance, privacy, and regulation.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large data sets from various structured sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Develop and validate statistical models.
- Build data visualizations using tools such as matplotlib, seaborn, Plotly, or BI tools such as Tableau.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a data science or similar role.
- University degree; technology certifications advantageous.
- Experience following the Scrum methodology (certification is desirable).
- Great communication skills.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning.
- High proficiency in coding languages such as SQL and Python.
- Experience with MS Azure cloud platforms and Databricks.
