Data Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist with solid experience in applied machine learning and working knowledge of large language models (LLMs). This role involves contributing to the design and implementation of AI solutions that power intelligent applications such as natural language interfaces, search, and knowledge-driven tools. You will collaborate with senior scientists, engineers, and product managers to help deliver production-ready AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of AI Agent and Multi-Agent systems based on LLMs, supporting autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Participate in prompt engineering tasks such as Chain of Thought, ReAct, and context management strategies.
• Support the development of agent tool interfaces, enabling integration with external systems and APIs.
• Work on RAG-based retrieval-augmented QA systems and apply domain-specific model improvements.
• Collaborate in building scalable frameworks for workflow, agent, and multi-agent coordination.
• Stay updated on the latest AI and LLM advancements and help apply them to enhance product features.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or intelligent agent system development.
• Familiarity with LLMs, VLMs, Generative AI, and agent system design.
• Practical project experience in developing agent or multi-agent systems with integration to external systems or data sources.
• Understanding of reasoning models and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Knowledge of agent tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Proficient in Python with solid foundations in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI or similar).
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and applied mathematics.
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker).
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented, agile environment.
