Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Requirements:

• MS degree in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Advanced Data Science, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, text mining, geospatial analytics, time series forecasting, and optimization.
• Proficiency in one or more Advanced Data Science software languages (R, Python, Scala, SAS).
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning models, such as image classification, object detection, style transfer, and similar tasks.
• Familiarity with Python Deep Learning libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Experience working with CUDA backend and Linux system terminal, including shell scripting.
• Knowledge of the ELK stack and message broker queues.
• Proven ability to deploy machine learning models from research environments (like Jupyter Notebooks) to production using procedural or pipeline approaches.
• Comfortable with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Excellent planning abilities to accurately estimate project timelines.
• Initiative and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Desire to stay current with industry technologies and standards.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, good communication, and coaching abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with media data (platform and customer data from media agencies, technology, or brand side).
• Appreciation for Agile/Scrum methodology.
