About The Role:

We are seeking Data Scientists to be part of our Data Science team, which tackles complex problems with intelligent and practical solutions. You will work closely with product teams to uncover insights, guide decision-making, and enhance the customer experience at the company. Your role will include the delivery of smart, scalable solutions that advance our business objectives and impact our growth trajectory.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Improving existing algorithms and building new proof of concepts (PoCs).
  • Delivering data-driven solutions to enhance product performance.
  • Researching and developing PoCs into scalable data products.
  • Collaborating with product owners, engineers, and data scientists to continuously solve complex data issues.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience building and leading a data science team within a scaling organization.
  • A bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (mathematics, computer science, engineering).
  • Solid knowledge of data science tools, including Python and SQL.
  • A strong foundation in probability and statistics.
  • The ability to think strategically and diagnose problems accurately.
  • Experience in productionizing research into scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., master's or PhD).
  • Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++.
  • Experience in anti-fraud functions.
  • Experience working in a large-scale global tech company.
  • Participation in Olympiad competitions in fields like physics, mathematics, economics, or programming.
