Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning and generative AI models to solve complex, high-impact business and national-scale challenges.
- Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations that drive enterprise and public sector digital transformation.
- Oversee and mentor a team of data scientists, cultivating a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and product—to integrate multi-disciplinary solutions.
- Advocate for data-driven decision making by establishing best practices in data acquisition, management, processing, and analysis.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of all data systems in alignment with industry-leading cybersecurity standards.
Requirements
- Certifications in data science, AI, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Minimum 10 years of general technological experience.
- At least 5 years of specific experience working as a data scientist within cloud environments.
- Mastery of data science, analytics, and advanced modeling techniques.
- Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields; Master’s or PhD is a plus.
- Experience deploying AI/ML workloads in cloud or HPC environments.
- Strong proficiency with big data tools, analytics suites, and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring technical teams.
