We are seeking an innovative Data Scientist to join our advanced AI team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), developing and training models for video generation, and building predictive systems. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, a strong background in Python, and a proven record of deploying models in production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fine-tune pre-trained large language models (LLMs) to meet domain-specific requirements using state-of-the-art techniques (e.g., transfer learning, reinforcement learning from human feedback).
  • Develop and implement custom fine-tuning strategies to enhance model performance.
  • Work with models for video generation and utilize techniques such as SVD for dimensionality reduction and content synthesis.
  • Design, build, and deploy predictive models to extract actionable insights from complex data.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns that enhance model improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions and document experiments to present findings effectively.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Technical Experience: 2 to 4 years in deep learning and AI model development, including experience with LLM fine-tuning (e.g., GPT, BERT) and predictive modeling.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and containerization technologies.
  • Exposure to reinforcement learning and transfer learning techniques.
  • A proactive attitude towards staying updated with the latest advancements in AI research and development.
