The Main Event: What you'll do
We are seeking an innovative Data Scientist to join our advanced AI team. In this role, you will play a key part in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), developing and training models for video generation, and building prediction systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, a strong background in Python programming, and a proven track record in deploying models to production.
Responsibilities:
- Model Fine-Tuning: Fine-tune pre-trained large language models (LLMs) to meet domain-specific needs using state-of-the-art techniques (e.g., transfer learning, reinforcement learning from human feedback). Develop and implement custom fine-tuning strategies to optimize model performance.
- Video Generation & SVD Models: Work with models designed for video generation and explore techniques such as SVD-based approaches for dimensionality reduction and content synthesis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate video generation capabilities into product pipelines.
- Predictive Modeling: Design, build, and deploy predictive models to extract actionable insights from complex data. Continuously evaluate and refine prediction systems to improve accuracy and robustness.
- Data Analysis & Experimentation: Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that drive model improvements. Experiment with different architectures and hyperparameters to find optimal configurations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective deployment of AI solutions. Document experiments and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Experience: 2 to 4 years of industry experience in deep learning and AI model development. Proven experience in fine-tuning large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) for real-world applications. Experience in training and deploying models for video generation or using singular value decomposition (SVD) techniques is highly desirable. Demonstrable track record in building and deploying predictive models.
- Programming Skills: Proficient in Python with solid experience in relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers). Familiarity with data processing, visualization, and model optimization tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and containerization technologies.
- Exposure to reinforcement learning techniques and transfer learning.
- A proactive attitude and passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and development.
