Data Scientist and Generative AI & Data Analytics

Suadeo is looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join their team and contribute to the development of a full-stack data platform that incorporates Generative AI models and intelligent agents to automate data analysis and interpretation. The focus will be on creating innovative solutions in areas such as Text-to-SQL, document connectivity, and AI-driven interactions.

The platform integrates data governance and visualization tools to enable non-IT users to conduct data analysis, exchange data flows, catalog, and share insights seamlessly. Headquartered in Ivry sur Seine, France, Suadeo serves a diverse clientele across both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generative AI Development & Integration:

   • Design, train, and fine-tune AI models for document data extraction and structuring.
   • Implement AI-powered agents for automating user interactions and natural language queries.

2. Text-to-SQL & AI for Data Processing:

   • Develop Text-to-SQL algorithms to convert natural language into optimized SQL queries within the Suadeo SDS platform.
   • Enhance query interpretation and execution through leveraging AI models for complex data requests.

3. Document Processing & Structuring:

   • Build AI-driven solutions for connecting, indexing, and querying structured and unstructured documents (Word, PDF, Excel).
   • Ensure smooth integration with Suadeo's data catalog for knowledge discovery.

4. AI Model Optimization & MLOps:

   • Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI models using MLOps best practices.
   • Continuously assess and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

5. Collaboration with Technical & Business Teams:

   • Work in an Agile SAFe environment alongside DevOps, Data, and Product teams to align AI solutions with business objectives.
   • Provide expertise on AI deployment, automation, and optimization to internal teams.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in Data Science with a focus on Generative AI & NLP.

Required Technical Skills:

• Generative AI & NLP: Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Mistral, Claude) and experience in fine-tuning and vector databases.
• Databases & SQL: Proficient in Text-to-SQL, query optimization, and managing large-scale databases.
• Document Processing: Skills in OCR, NLP-based text extraction, vector search, and semantic indexing.
• MLOps & Deployment: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD for AI models.
• Programming Languages: Proficient in Python (Langchain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face), SQL, FastAPI, and REST API.
