Join our team that builds and deploys advanced computer vision systems to automate processes such as ID verification and facial recognition for account onboarding. As a Computer Vision Data Scientist, you will develop and produce both online and offline algorithms to enhance automation and facilitate our global expansion.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with a team of computer vision scientists and engineers.
- Taking ownership of your projects with the support of our Computer Vision team.
- Designing and creating new computer vision models for compliance and retail processes.
- Utilizing our Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow stack, with tools like Jupyter and Docker for machine learning solutions.
What You'll Need:
- Strong knowledge of mathematics and statistics.
- Proficiency in Python 3 and experience with computational libraries, OOP, TDD, and multi-processing.
- Working knowledge of SQL (including joins, CTEs, functions).
- Hands-on experience with deep learning libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras, ONNX/OpenVino).
- Hands-on experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, Pillow, torchvision).
- Familiarity with version control, model deployment, developer environments, CI/CD, and containerization.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with HuggingFace, wandb.ai, and paperswithcode.
- Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Java).
- Background in system design and distributed computing.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in computer vision models like ViT, Diffusion, GPT-4, and RetNets.
