We are looking for Data Scientists to help shape the future of financial services. This role involves collaboration with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve customer interactions with the company’s offerings. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects alongside experienced professionals in Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Improving existing algorithms
- Building new Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
- Delivering data-driven solutions to enhance product performance
- Researching and developing PoCs into scalable data products
- Collaborating with product owners, engineers, and other data scientists to resolve complex data challenges
What You'll Need:
- Experience building and leading a data science team within a scaling organization
- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in STEM (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)
- Solid knowledge of data science tools including Python, SQL, and production frameworks
- Demonstrated understanding of probability and statistics fundamentals
- Ability to think strategically and diagnose problems accurately
- Experience transforming research into scalable solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interaction with Product Owners and senior stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Masters or PhD)
- Experience with additional programming languages such as Java, Scala, or C++
- Experience working in anti-fraud functions
- Experience at a large-scale global tech company
- Participation in Olympiad competitions in Physics, Mathematics, Economics, or Programming at school or university level
