The Opportunity:
The company is looking for a qualified and proficient Senior Data Scientist to develop and deliver impactful data products across the organization—including recommendation engines, predictive models, business-logic automation, and machine learning. This role plays a key part in shaping the growth trajectory of the company and in delivering next-generation analytics solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, apply data mining and statistical analysis techniques to analyze large volumes of data and derive insights that optimize business performance.
- Acquire and integrate data from multiple sources to generate insights aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain complex data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support business decision-making.
- Apply machine learning and AI technologies to extract insights from large datasets.
- Leverage statistical, mathematical, and cognitive techniques to generate management reports and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with departments to co-develop research plans, build models, and monitor outcomes that align with organizational objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, trend studies, and benchmarking to support strategic decisions.
- Develop business intelligence solutions by integrating data analytics and organizational knowledge.
- Work with content developers to transform insights into engaging data visualizations and compelling narratives.
- Perform quantitative research and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities in cost, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in executing complex research projects.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience applying data science techniques in real-world projects, preferably within AI or analytics domains.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong investigative mindset with a deep commitment to research.
- In-depth domain and market knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning in business contexts.
