Data Scientist - Generative AI

Data Scientist is expected to design, develop, implement scalable ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions aligned with business goals, lead a team, and ensure code/delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create integration architectures and define standards that match emerging GenAI trends to drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
• Integrate AI/LLM Models into Applications/APIs and optimize workflows with GenAI tools.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members.
• Design solutions and implement ML, generative AI, and agentic AI models and algorithms, utilizing state-of-the-art algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Research the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, identifying opportunities to integrate them into products and services.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines, including data pre-processing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
• Manage delivery across pods building scalable AI and API services.
• Drive backend deployment, security reviews, and QA pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models and implementations.

Skills and Qualifications

• A master's or bachelor's degree in computer science engineering.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in the IT Industry and up to 3 years of experience in GenAI, Agentic AI Solutioning, and Implementation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Datarobot for architecting and building GenAI Solutions, RAG Agents, and Deployment.
• Mentor-first mindset, delivery-driven, team player, and excellent communicator.
• Knowledge of access control, deployment integrity, secure endpoints, and compliance awareness.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying Cloud and On-Premises GenAI Solutions.
