As a Data Scientist at the company, you will work with generative AI, cloud technologies, and large-scale digital transformation. Your primary responsibilities will include designing advanced algorithms, building enterprise-scale models, and deploying solutions across sovereign cloud and HPC environments. This role requires close collaboration with cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and executive stakeholders to develop innovative, secure, and scalable AI solutions for public sector and enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced machine learning and generative AI models to address complex business challenges.
- Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations to drive digital transformation.
- Oversee and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multidisciplinary solutions.
- Pioneer new generative AI methodologies and establish benchmarks for national-level solution deployment.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making through best practices in data acquisition, management, processing, and analysis.
- Ensure security, privacy, and compliance of data systems in line with cybersecurity standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies in AI, cloud computing, and big data, integrating relevant advancements into the company's offerings.
- Communicate complex data concepts and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Certifications in data science, AI, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
- Minimum 10 years of general technological experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a data scientist within cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency with big data tools, analytics suites, and modern machine learning frameworks.
- Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields; Master’s or PhD is a plus.
- Experience deploying AI/ML workloads in cloud or HPC environments.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring technical teams.
