What You'll Do:
As a Data Scientist within the BCG X team, you will own the complete analytics value chain, from framing new business challenges to designing algorithms and deploying scalable solutions. You’ll apply data science methods to real business situations across various industries and have the opportunity to partner with clients addressing crucial topics such as climate change. Responsibilities also include developing thought leadership and leading conferences on behalf of BCG X.

Qualifications:
We are looking for talented individuals with a passion for data science, statistics, and operations research. Successful candidates should be comfortable in a client-facing role and have a deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques. Additional requirements include:

• Experience in advanced analytics across diverse business situations.
• Ability to present complex data and concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in programming languages, especially Python.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in software development or DevOps is a plus.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is expected.
