We are seeking a talented Data Scientist with a focus on product analytics to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, conduct research, and provide valuable insights to support product strategy and business growth. The ideal candidate will have Data Science experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret large-scale on-chain and off-chain datasets to inform business decisions.
- Design and maintain data collection processes and event storage systems.
- Conduct research to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Create intuitive dashboards and data visualizations for internal teams and external partners.
- Propose and test hypotheses with empirical evidence.
- Monitor and evaluate product metrics and user behavior patterns.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data/product analytics.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience creating intuitive dashboards and data visualizations for internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating data visualizations and building analytical dashboards (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase).
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Familiarity with A/B tests and causal inference.
- Understanding of product analytics and user behavior analysis.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Crypto/Web3 analytical stack (e.g., Dune, Nodes, Flipside).
- Low-level blockchain data understanding (traces, events).
- Experience in uncovering business-driving data insights.
