We are seeking a Data Scientist with substantial experience in applied machine learning and a solid understanding of large language models (LLMs). This role includes contributing to the design and implementation of AI solutions that power intelligent applications such as natural language interfaces and knowledge-driven tools. Collaboration with senior scientists, engineers, and product managers will be essential to deliver production-ready AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of AI Agent and Multi-Agent systems based on LLMs, supporting autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Participate in prompt engineering tasks, including Chain of Thought, ReAct, and context management strategies.
- Support the development of agent tool interfaces for integration with external systems and APIs.
- Work on retrieval-augmented QA systems applying domain-specific model improvements.
- Collaborate in building scalable frameworks for workflow, agent, and multi-agent coordination.
- Stay updated on AI and LLM advancements to enhance product features.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in AI, machine learning, or intelligent agent system development. Familiarity with LLMs, VLMs, Generative AI, and agent system design. Practical project experience developing agent or multi-agent systems with external integration is required.
- Knowledge/Skills:
- Proficient in Python, with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI or similar) and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, applied mathematics, and containerization tools (Docker).
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented, agile environment.
- Experience in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Cursor/Claude code/copilots/ChatGPT) to enhance efficiency and productivity.
