Our Data Science team is dedicated to solving complex problems with practical solutions, enhancing customer experiences at the company. As a Deep Learning Engineer, you will work with advanced large language models (LLMs) to develop transformative products that impact millions of customers globally. Your role will include collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Software Engineers, Data Analysts, and Operations Managers, to create automated and scalable solutions that improve customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build AI-driven features, such as personal assistants, chatbots, and copilots from scratch.
  • Develop user-focused and backend features using deep learning.
  • Deliver impactful, scalable, data-driven AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to address deep learning challenges.
  • Integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to foster innovation at the company.

Requirements:

  • Experience in deep learning, particularly in natural language processing and large language models.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (mathematics, computer science, engineering).
  • Proficiency in data science tools (Python, SQL) and production tools.
  • Strong understanding of probability and statistics fundamentals.
  • Big-picture thinking to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with Product Owners and business leaders.

Nice to Have:

  • A master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
  • Solid experience with additional programming languages, such as Java, Scala, or C++.
  • Experience at a large tech company valued over $15 billion.
  • Participation in academic competitions (e.g., Olympic medals in physics, mathematics, economics, or programming).
