Data Scientist

Join the company's Customer & Strategic Analytics team and play a key role in transforming data into actionable business insights. As a Data Scientist, you will help drive strategic decision-making, improve business performance, and support growth across the bank through advanced analytics, reporting, and data-driven recommendations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Analyze customer, sales, and portfolio performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Support business teams with ad-hoc analytics and data requirements.
• Automate reporting processes using SQL, Python, VBA, and BI tools.
• Monitor performance against business targets and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• UAE National with a passion for data, analytics, and problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, innovate, and work in a fast-paced environment.
