Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Requirements:
- MS degree in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Advanced Data Science, including predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, text mining, geospatial analytics, time series forecasting, and optimization
- Proficiency in one or more Advanced Data Science programming languages (R, Python, Scala, SAS)
- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning models, such as Image classification, Object Detection, Style transfer, and similar
- Experience with Python deep learning libraries, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
- Hands-on experience with CUDA backend
- Proficient with Linux system terminal and shell scripting
- Working knowledge of ELK stack and message broker queues
- Proven ability to deploy machine learning models from research environments (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks) to production via procedural or pipeline approaches
- Comfortable with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
- Good planning abilities to accurately estimate project timelines
- Ability to show initiative and work independently with minimal direction
- Demonstrated desire to stay current with industry technologies and standards
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication and coaching skills

- Comfortable with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience with media data from media agencies, technology, or brands
- Appreciation for Agile/Scrum methodology
