Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute analytical experiments methodically to help solve various problems and make a tangible impact across various domains and industries.
- Identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables.
- Devise and utilize algorithms and models to mine big data stores, perform data and error analysis to improve models, and clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy.
- Analyze data for trends and patterns while interpreting data with a clear objective in mind.
- Implement analytical models into production by collaborating with software developers and machine learning engineers.
- Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements as needed to operational systems.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging Company data to drive business solutions.
- Serve as the lead data strategist, identifying and integrating new datasets that can be leveraged through product capabilities and collaborating closely with the engineering team to strategize and execute the development of data products.
- Mine and analyze data from Company databases to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Job Knowledge
- Knowledge in interpreting data, analyzing trends to make better decisions.
- Understanding of enterprise data architecture.
- Knowledge of risk analysis, process improvement, and system engineering.
- Familiarity with techniques used in the design of web applications.
- ERP knowledge, preferably with SAP functional skills, is a requirement for success in this role.
Job Experience
- Minimum 8 years working experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
- 2 years of experience in the GCC is a plus.

Education
- Professional Qualification in Information Technology.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
