As a key member of the Business Analytics team, which is part of the company’s core business strategy organization, you will play a crucial role in our growth as we aim for 760M+ users worldwide. You will have access to extensive data and the creative freedom to derive insights and strategies that significantly impact the way the world experiences audio (and video).
What You'll Do:
- Develop data-driven strategies to drive the growth of the company users and subscribers.
- Identify new user growth levers in the SAMEA region and utilize experimentation to facilitate that growth.
- Create and communicate impactful recommendations and models to enhance our product offering, user messaging, and channel optimization.
- Build scalable data pipelines and dashboards for business performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with business partners to understand the changes they are implementing and help them uncover new growth opportunities.
- Design and execute comprehensive tests, ensuring all relevant metrics are tracked to foster learning at each step.
- Present findings to senior collaborators, influencing the trajectory of our business.
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in synthesizing insights from data using tools such as Python/R and SQL.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud data platforms (BigQuery or GCP) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs and coding assistants) is a plus.
- Intellectually curious, creative, and diligent, with an enjoyment of both business and data aspects.
- Proven experience in collaborating with partners to measure the impact of business/marketing initiatives and delivering coherent recommendations.
- Background in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Comfortable working within a globally distributed team (with occasional international travel).
- Relevant experience in a consumer tech/product company is beneficial.
