Data Scientist (UAE National)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Scientist with several years of work experience to help unlock the power of data to drive smarter decisions and innovation. As a data scientist, you’ll transform complex data into actionable insights, build predictive models, and help shape data-driven strategies that make a real impact.

Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Accountabilities:

• Deliver actionable insights and predictive models that inform strategic decision making.
• Ensure data science models are robust, explainable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate across teams to embed models into production environments.
• Uphold ethical use of data, ensuring compliance with governance, privacy, and regulation.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large data sets from various structured sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Develop and validate statistical models.
• Build data visualizations using tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or BI tools like Tableau.

Experience & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in a data science or similar role.
• University degree; technology certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with Scrum methodology (certification is desirable).
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning.
• High proficiency in coding languages such as SQL and Python.
• Experience with MS Azure cloud platforms and Databricks.
