Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver impactful data products across the organization—including recommendation engines, predictive models, business-logic automation, and machine learning.
- Apply data mining and statistical analysis techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, segmentation, modeling) to analyze large volumes of data and derive insights that optimize business performance.
- Acquire and integrate data from multiple sources to generate insights aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain complex data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support business decision-making.
- Apply machine learning and AI technologies to extract insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with departments to co-develop research plans, build models, and monitor outcomes that align with organizational objectives.
- Develop business intelligence solutions by integrating data analytics and organizational knowledge.
- Perform quantitative research and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities in cost, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Comply with Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in executing complex research projects.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience applying data science techniques in real-world projects, preferably within AI or analytics domains.

- In-depth domain and market knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning in business contexts.
