Responsibilities
- Innovate, design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents and LLM-powered solutions that enhance workflow automation, summarization, and decision-support in public safety and operational contexts.
- Develop agentic systems capable of interacting with APIs, querying internal knowledge sources, and reasoning over structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps engineers, and software engineers to design and implement agentic systems and automated workflows.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure model and agent performance, scalability, safety, and impact on operational workflows.
- Engage with stakeholders and clients by presenting demos, gathering feedback, and collaborating on-site as required to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, data science, computer science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AI/NLP development.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience in LLMs, prompt engineering, conversational and agentic AI frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying AI/LLM solutions for real-world applications.
