Key Responsibilities
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Liaise with product/service developers to provide customer insights and feedback on user behavior and desired changes.
- Assist the sales team in reaching targets.
- Conduct market research, including competitor analysis.
- Encourage clients to consider additional features and upgrades.
- Identify potential new markets and clients based on product and user knowledge.
Required Skills and Product Knowledge
- Expertise in Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
- Strong experience with Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Cookie Consent Management tools and compliance frameworks for GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, and other regulations.
- Proficient in symmetric/asymmetric encryption, digital signatures, and cryptography methods.
- Design, plan, and implement passive and active cryptography systems (PKI/HSMs) for deployment, maintenance, and support.
- Provide guidance on PKI lifecycle, processes, and procedures to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with PKI standards, including FIPS-140-2/3, and NIST Cryptography standards.
- Experience with Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), Linux Certificate Services (OpenSSL), and other PKI and HSM technologies.
- Operate and administer HSM infrastructure, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Work with database protection functionalities, including Native and Transparent Data Encryption.
- Monitor and troubleshoot PKI & HSM infrastructure services.
- Document design, installations, and Operations & Maintenance guides.
- Expertise with Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Key Management systems, and Data Protection Management methodologies.
- Understand security protocols such as TLS, SSH and possess cryptography fundamentals knowledge.
- Knowledge of database platforms (MsSQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and application security.
- Hands-on experience in installing and configuring Imperva DAM DBF & WAF products, including various management servers and gateway appliances.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, and SQL, along with web application and API vulnerabilities (OWASP Top Ten).
- Customer-focused with the ability to manage expectations, providing superior client experiences and fostering long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Relevant experience in database administration, web penetration testing, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
- Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, IAPP, Security+, CEH, CC, SSCP, etc.) are pluses.
