Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Data Solutions to support automation and digitization initiatives for business units.
- Develop effective solutions using BI tools such as SAS, Python, VBA, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Change management of existing tools based on IT guidelines.
- Document and maintain SOPs for the solutions developed.
- Train business units for the usage and maintenance of tools.
- Collaborate with Insights & Performance Management teams to deliver initiatives to stakeholders.
- Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain tools based on key performance indicators using appropriate BI solutions.
- Support the Strategy Implementation team to deliver flagship projects aligning with organizational objectives.
- Manage expectations and deliverables in partnership with business units to enhance BI solutions.
- Continuously upskill in line with market standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Math, Science, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Certification in SAS, Power BI, or Business Analytics.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a minimum of 2-3 years in BFS (Banking and Financial Services).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building Data Pipelines in production.
- Familiarity with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the Business Intelligence domain.
- Exposure to the banking sector is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with GitHub, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Solid knowledge of tools like VBA, SAS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Time Management and problem-solving abilities.
