Position

The company is seeking a Data Solutions Presales Architect responsible for architecting solutions that achieve customer business outcomes across our hardware, software, services, and as-a-service offerings. In this role, you will develop and articulate compelling proposals that meet customers' business and technical requirements. You will leverage technical expertise to support sales teams and engage with customers through presentations and demonstrations.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid)
Work Conditions: This role is designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation of working on average 2 days per week from an office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling customer proposals, ensuring business and technical requirements are met.
  • Identify and articulate key risks related to project scopes.
  • Provide accurate work estimations and sourcing model recommendations.
  • Collaborate with peers in reviewing customer proposals to enhance accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Perform due diligence to ensure proposed technical solutions meet customer needs and budget.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and monitor competitor offerings.
  • Create implementation designs for technical products and engage deeply with customers to align solutions with their needs.
  • Actively identify opportunities for enhancements and new business within accounts.
  • Document and share best practices throughout the sales cycle.

Education and Experience:

  • First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications.
  • 2-4 years of technical experience in IT with a focus on technical selling.
  • Relevant industry certifications are preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Intermediate level experience in solution configurations and architecture design.
  • Understanding of the company's product portfolio and solution domain specialization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required to engage with customers in English and applicable local languages.
  • Ability to effectively present solutions and navigate complex sales situations.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools.

Additional Skills:

  • Creativity, critical thinking, active listening, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of financial acumen in business strategy and sales cycles.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English and applicable local languages.
