Job Description
Responsible for architecting solutions that will achieve customer business outcomes within a specific technical domain or across the broader company portfolio (hardware, software, services, and as-a-service offerings). This role involves developing and articulating compelling, accurate, and relevant proposals to ensure customers’ business and technical requirements are met.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and articulates compelling customer proposals, ensuring the customer’s business and technical requirements are met.
  • Identifies and articulates key risks related to the respective scope.
  • Provides work estimations and recommendations on sourcing models.
  • Reviews customer proposals for accuracy, relevance, and competitiveness.
  • Offers input to address key end-customer IT trends, requirements, gaps, or unmet needs.
  • Performs due diligence ensuring technical design solutions meet customer workload needs and service level expectations.
  • Develops and maintains an awareness of leading-edge and emerging technologies.
  • Creates and develops the implementation design of technical products, services, and solutions that address specific customer needs.
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners to deliver effective solutions to customers.
  • Supports the opportunity pipeline and drives it through the sales process to closure.
  • Actively participates in sales forecast meetings and documents ongoing work throughout the sales cycle.

Education and Experience

  • First-level university technical degree or equivalent technical qualifications.
  • 2-4 years of technical experience in IT with a focus on technical selling.
  • Relevant industry certifications are preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Intermediate level experience in solution configurations and overall architecture design.
  • Understanding of the company portfolio of products, software, and services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate in English and applicable local languages.
  • Intermediate-level business and financial acumen related to the sales cycle.
  • Ability to conduct live demonstrations or walkthroughs of products, solutions, or services.
  • Intermediate-level project and time management skills.
