Data Solutions Sales Manager

As a Data Solutions Sales Manager, you will lead the sales community to success by effectively communicating direction and inspiring your team to meet and exceed goals. You will manage the company's sales motion strategy and deployment towards growth and increased profitability. Responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and retaining talent to create a high-performing team, organizing the team to maximize achievement and financial performance, and actively coaching to ensure best-in-class sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the sales community to success.

• Establishes sales methodology for end-to-end sales process management.
• Orchestrates major Enterprise-level customer engagements.

Work Conditions:
This role has been designed as ‘Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from a partner/customer office.

Requirements:

• University or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 8-10+ years of experience in sales with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Experience in mentoring other sales professionals.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Knowledge of IT industry developments and technology trends.
