Key Responsibilities:

Data Governance & Quality:
- Promote finance data governance practices.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness aligned with corporate standards.
- Drive global data management policies and monitor finance master data and KPIs.
- Manage the data lifecycle and ensure compliance.
- Lead data cleansing and validation activities.

Finance Transformation & Digitalization:
- Lead the finance data workstream for transformation initiatives.
- Support the implementation and adoption of digital finance solutions.
- Act as the finance data subject matter expert during deployment, testing, and stabilization phases.

Business Partnership:
- Serve as the primary contact for finance data topics within the Gulf Cluster.
- Collaborate with various teams to align local business requirements with the global data strategy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, Data Management, or Digital Finance.
- Proven experience in leading data governance, data migration, and ERP transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of finance data structures and lifecycle management.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is preferred.
