Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets for valuable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and contribute to data strategy development.
- Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and integrity through data stewardship practices and governance oversight.
- Perform data profiling and validation, resolving discrepancies and anomalies.
- Analyze the data life cycle and contribute to data model development, participating in designing data flows for reporting and analytics.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes, business glossaries, data dictionaries, and data lineage.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of data-related tools (e.g., Axon) for effective utilization.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to address data-related issues and enhance overall data quality.
Requirements:
- Banking domain experience.
- Familiarity with NDMO domains and hands-on implementation experience.
- Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools with a strong analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with data stewardship practices and governance principles.
- Experience in data profiling, validation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Knowledge of data modeling and ability to contribute to data flow design (data warehouse & Big Data).
- Strong documentation skills for maintaining data-related documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
- Understanding of data-related tools and technologies (e.g., Axon).
- Knowledge of data quality best practices with a commitment to ensuring data integrity.
- Proactive problem-solving skills for timely resolution of data issues.
- DAMA certification is a plus.
