Key Responsibilities:
- Define enterprise-wide data strategy and governance frameworks tailored for SAP-centric organizations.
- Align data governance policies with international and regional privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPL).
- Develop and maintain data taxonomies, cataloging structures, and metadata frameworks.
- Support AI transformation readiness by embedding scalable and sustainable data governance practices.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders across IT and business functions to enable trusted, insight-driven decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, or architecture roles.
- Strong familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting data privacy and protection.
- Experience implementing governance over SAP data landscapes (e.g., S/4HANA, BW, SAP Data Services).
- Proficiency in metadata management, data cataloging tools, and classification frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, with a preference for hybrid SAP environments.
- Ability to drive regional projects and engage with C-level stakeholders across the Middle East.
