Data Strategy & Governance Senior Manager

About the Job:
The Data Strategy & Governance Senior Manager will be responsible for drafting and implementing data governance policies. This role involves creating a company-wide data platform that promotes a strong data governance culture and accelerates the implementation of analytical use cases. The manager will oversee the overall data strategy and investment plans, evaluate the business impact of key data initiatives, and account for change management to support strategy and governance operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with risk functions to develop compliance measures ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Supporting the development of a data-driven culture by raising awareness on data governance through various forums.
• Engaging in business relationship management activities to drive ongoing data opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber-Security, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Prior experience in data strategy and governance within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks with experience in drafting and implementing related policies.
• Proven ability to lead data strategy initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and evaluate business impact.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms and tools used for enterprise data management, analytics, and governance.
