This position is not merely a traditional HSE reporting role; it is a specialist leadership position that combines professional safety knowledge, data assurance, digital systems, predictive analytics, application development, and executive reporting. This role is crucial in underpinning the integrity of management information used by senior leadership and serves as a key enabler of governance, assurance, compliance, and informed decision-making throughout projects in Tabuk.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the primary focal point and subject matter expert for HSE management systems, including Enablon, Intelex, and associated digital platforms.
  • Own system integrity, data governance, access control, issue resolution, and user effectiveness across Projects HSSEW.
  • Lead system configuration, enhancement, and continuous improvement to ensure platforms remain aligned with business and assurance requirements.
  • Provide technical direction on future safety digital solutions, system interfaces, and reporting architecture.
  • Ensure system processes support consistent, controlled, and auditable HSSEW information management.
  • Establish and maintain robust processes for data collection, verification, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure safety, environmental, welfare, and operational data is accurate, complete, traceable, auditable, and defensible.
  • Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and emerging trends before information is formally reported.
  • Challenge unsupported or inconsistent project submissions and drive timely resolution of data-quality issues.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive reporting requirements across Projects HSSEW.
  • Develop clear dashboards, performance reports, and management narratives for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure reported information is accurate, timely, traceable, and aligned with approved definitions and methodologies.
  • Address reporting queries, data challenges, and requests for substantiation from leadership and stakeholders.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Significant experience in HSE data, systems, assurance, or performance reporting within major projects, construction, or other high-risk environments.
  • Proven delivery of executive-level dashboards, PIF or comparable external reporting, and project data-validation processes.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a reporting/data analyst role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop practical digital solutions from concept to implementation.
  • Experience maintaining reporting continuity during organizational transitions or system disruptions.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects, stakeholders, and reporting cycles under demanding deadlines.
