The role is responsible for ensuring the effective operation, quality, and governance of GPPD document management and retention systems, with a strong focus on iServer and Munazzam. It serves as a key liaison between GPPD, IT teams, and business users, supporting system stability, enhancements, MIS reporting, and the quality of published policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary GPPD SPOC for all system-related matters concerning iServer, Munazzam, and document retention platforms.
  • Coordinate with IT teams on system issues and incident resolution, enhancements and change requests, and user access, configuration, and workflow dependencies.
  • Conduct quality checks (QC) of published policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide timely and accurate MIS reports to GPPD management to support governance oversight and decision making.
  • Support the GPPD team with ad hoc document retrieval, audits, and remediation requests.
  • Assist in responding to audit queries related to document retention, publishing history, and system-based evidence.
  • Support UAT and deployment of system enhancements and fixes in coordination with IT and business teams.
  • Ensure compliance with GPPD framework and standards and support remediation of identified gaps or errors in published documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
  • Strong technical and functional expertise in document management systems.
  • Solid understanding of document retention, governance workflows, and approval dependencies.
  • Good knowledge of system interfaces, data integrity controls, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document formatting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with banking terminology and document governance is an advantage.
