In this role, you will collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain robust BI solutions that not only address current business needs but also anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- BI Solution Design & Development: Lead the architecture, design, and development of comprehensive BI solutions, including interactive dashboards, insightful reports, and data visualizations.
- Develop and maintain efficient ETL processes to integrate and transform data from multiple sources into a centralized data warehouse, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Data Modelling & Warehousing: Design and optimize data models to ensure fast, efficient data retrieval and seamless reporting capabilities. Collaborate in the development and management of data warehouses and/or data lakes, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business users and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and define clear key performance indicators (KPIs). Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and deliver data-driven insights that inform decision-making processes.
- Performance Optimization & Quality Assurance: Monitor and enhance system performance, ensuring high data quality, reliability, and optimized data workflows. Implement best practices in data governance, security, and compliance, ensuring all solutions adhere to industry standards.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Stay current with emerging BI technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to improve analytics and reporting capabilities. Ensure compliance with organizational controls and information security policies.
